For all French citizens and foreign residents from the European Union :

1. 1 photocopy of identity card (both sides) or of your passport

2. 1 photocopy of either telephone bill (Telecom, electricity bill) or rent giving proof of your address.

3. 1 "RIB" (personal bank identity slip), valid for a French bank or 1 "RIB" with the IBAN code for foreign residents.

4. 1 justifying document of your transport (SNCF 2nd class)

5. The accommodation form for "Residence Azureva"
